I liked the free parking, the size of the room, and the layout of the room. Even though our balcony faced the parking lot, there is a park behind the parking lot, so the view was nice. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen area was well stocked with dishes, and silverware. The whirlpool tub in our bathroom was unexpected and wonderful. The hotel was very clean, and the atrium made me feel like I was in New Orleans. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to the lake, restaurants and shopping. We had coffee on the terrace overlooking the lake in the morning, and that was so relaxing. The sauna was very nice.

Really happy with the layout of the room- perfect for my husband and I and our two boys. Space to eat with a table for four, kitchenette and then there was a spacious living space so we could sit around and play games in the evening. Two bathrooms was great. Boys (22 & 19) used the fitness center and thought it was good. Plenty of towels and beds were super comfy and sheets were perfectly crisp and clean. Nice balcony and beautiful view. So close to everything and right across from the beach. Easy access to rent boats and kayaks and there were plenty of tour boat cruises across the street as well. The hotel was right off the walking path that goes around the entire lake.

I like that it was very close to the downtown shopping area. And also very convenient to the restaurants in the area. The room was fantastic, having the seating area with the TV in the bedroom with the TV with two closets and a kitchenette, that's all anyone needs to enjoy their stay there. The lobby was really pretty I like that and the spa was fantastic.

There was no breakfast. The location was excellent, surrounded by parks and waterfront.

The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet and the facility looked very pretty. Our view was lovely.

Proximity to Winterfest activities, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Free parking. Option to reserve lower priced room with park view. Room seemed smaller than previously reserved lake view rooms but was adequate for 2 because of kitchenette and sofabed. Door between bedroom and living room afforded more privacy. Room very clean, appreciated attentive housekeeping service.

The staff were super helpful the room was larger than expected and the location to put you in walking distance to everything you want to be close to if you're going to a convention at the Grand Geneva it's an easy drive to get there and only a $15 Uber

Suite was very clean and comfortable with a great lake view. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. People in Lake Geneva are very friendly.

The hotel was clean, great location, staff friendly and beautiful decor. I liked that the lake was right across from the lake and shore path. Downtown was a few blocks away and the shops were fun with friendly people. Despite it raining for most of my stay I enjoyed exploring and coming back to my comfy room!
