Our room faced Lake Geneva and we really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the action on the lake. It was a perfect place to watch the sunset. Bella Vista’s location was great for us. We went on the Lake Cruise and we walked to the pier and was able to park at the hotel. It was a real bonus because parking is either at a lot or the street— on a Thursday meter were $5 an hour on a weekend it is even more.

I liked the free parking, the size of the room, and the layout of the room. Even though our balcony faced the parking lot, there is a park behind the parking lot, so the view was nice. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen area was well stocked with dishes, and silverware. The whirlpool tub in our bathroom was unexpected and wonderful. The hotel was very clean, and the atrium made me feel like I was in New Orleans. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to the lake, restaurants and shopping. We had coffee on the terrace overlooking the lake in the morning, and that was so relaxing. The sauna was very nice.

The room was very nice except for the tub. I turned on the whirlpool and was about to get in and I noticed stuff flying around in the water. Turned it off and let things sit and the bottom of the tub was covered in dirt. I assume the jet system is filthy. That was on my last day and no I didn't report it. I had to leave. I took a shower in my friend's room. There are several updates needed. Cracks and stuff that looked shabby.

I like that it was very close to the downtown shopping area. And also very convenient to the restaurants in the area. The room was fantastic, having the seating area with the TV in the bedroom with the TV with two closets and a kitchenette, that's all anyone needs to enjoy their stay there. The lobby was really pretty I like that and the spa was fantastic.

Really happy with the layout of the room- perfect for my husband and I and our two boys. Space to eat with a table for four, kitchenette and then there was a spacious living space so we could sit around and play games in the evening. Two bathrooms was great. Boys (22 & 19) used the fitness center and thought it was good. Plenty of towels and beds were super comfy and sheets were perfectly crisp and clean. Nice balcony and beautiful view. So close to everything and right across from the beach. Easy access to rent boats and kayaks and there were plenty of tour boat cruises across the street as well. The hotel was right off the walking path that goes around the entire lake.

There was no breakfast. The location was excellent, surrounded by parks and waterfront.

The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet and the facility looked very pretty. Our view was lovely.

Proximity to Winterfest activities, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Free parking. Option to reserve lower priced room with park view. Room seemed smaller than previously reserved lake view rooms but was adequate for 2 because of kitchenette and sofabed. Door between bedroom and living room afforded more privacy. Room very clean, appreciated attentive housekeeping service.

Staff was excellent. Provided us with a lake view upgrade at no extra charge and we didn't even ask for it! Also had our room available for check in an hour early as requested. Great location. Allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go.
